Well, the walk-a-thon went well this morning. "Little Miss Responsible" was a little upset with my not so great singing as we walked the track but it was still fun...The Chili Cook off was a no go today since we did not have the proper coverage for the store. Hopefully they will remember us next year! We love to help out our community.
The Chili is cookin' for the big game! Come in and stock up! "The Soup King" is not a big sports fan but we will accommodate those of you who are planning parties.
French Onion Soup will be back this week along with our awesome Lobster Bisque! Everyone who tries it comes back for more! I will keep you posted on our additional surprises for the week! Enjoy the big game!

Ordered a quart of vegetable soup.
Found that it had lots of broth and insufficient vegetables to make it hearty--especially at $13.90 per quart. The free loaf of bread did not offset the lack of sufficent vegetables. Great flavor, however.
Sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the veggie soup. We did have someone new at the counter this weekend. The veggies tend to settle down low. Maybe it was not stirred properly. Come back in and let us know that you are from the blog and we will hook you up good this time!!!! See you soon!
